In order to provide the best service to its clients, ETEM offer additional processing of profiles:
Powder coating
ETEM has state of the art vertical electrostatic powder-coating machine. The installation has daily capacity of more than 40 tons and maximum length of the profiles – 7000 mm. The company also offers timber imitations painting, in addition to all RAL colors offered. wenge, dark acacia, bright and dark cherry-tree, bright and dark walnut, sycamore, birch, golden oak, mahogany, green tree.
painted lenghts:
L1 = 6000 mm; L2 = 5400 mm; L3 = 4800 mm.
Bending
Profile bending machine ARCAL, Equipped with CNC control, the machine allows the easy definition and precise execution of the bending task. The control of the machine allows arch type bending, re-casting radii, straight sections between the radii and ellipses. The minimum bending radius is R ≥ 500 mm.
The necessary information for a bending task is:
- Lh – Length of a bending
- H – Height of a bending
- R – Bending radius
- Lo – bend length (length of the bending profile )
- Profile code and/or detailed drawing of the profile
punching, milling and edge-cutting:
- Eccentric press g
- Hydraulic press
- Cutting-off machines
- 5-axis machining center
The processing includes profiles with thickness from 0.85 mm to 10 mm.
