ETEM Building Systems Bulgaria in
collaboration with Agrob Buchtal, the leading
German manufacturer of façade ceramic, has
developed ventilated system for mounting
ceramic tiles of Kera Twin series with thickness
of 15 and 18 mm. Vario system differs from the
existing solutions, because it has a main
supporting profile which shape enables a
precise fixing of the gap between two adjacent
tiles.

The universal approach facilitates the
execution of any type of cladding by
means of combination between spring
type of mounting wall brackets and
main supporting profiles. The
connection between various types
of façade materials and its
substructure is realized just by
selecting custom designed accessories. -
Vario system differs from the
existing solutions, because it has a main
supporting profile which shape enables a
precise fixing of the gap between two adjacent
tiles. The main supporting profile is bilaterally
punched thus enabling a joinery finishing within
50 mm from the structure base line. The
cladding of pillars is also facilitated by using
bilaterraly punched profiles. -
There is custom
designed equipment which allows the
manufacturing of main supporting pillars
with dimensions given by the client in
accordance with the parameters of each
single building. As a result there is a
reduction of any material waste and time to
prepare and mount the substructure. Besides
optimization of profile dimensions it is possible
to paint the profiles in a preliminary selected
RAL colour. -
The main supporting profiles of Vario system
for mounting of Argeton ceramic tiles are
punched in advance at 25 mm distance. This
facilitates the preliminary job of the designer
and the preparation of the structure while
allowing an easy mounting of tiles with
standard dimensions to the -
ЕТЕМ Building Systems Bulgaria recommends
the use of Sika Tack® – Panel for hidden
mounting system of light façade materials.
This product contains glue with long-lasting
elasticity guaranteed by the manufacturer, a
double side adhesive tape necesary to fix firmly
the façade panel for at least 12 hours until the
glue penetrates permanently its surface layer. -
