Ventilated façade Forte is designed for mounting of heavy façade materials like stone and marble with thickness of over 20mm. Profiles and accessories are designed to overtake extreme loads caused by façade material weight up to 80 kg/m2. Forte is designed in accordance with EIS (ETEM INTEGRATED SOLUTION). EIS is a product comprising a system of procedures which aims at guaranteeing the customer with the highest level of safety of the used architectural system.
Forte is developed in accordance with standards UNI 7959, DIN 18516 and the European norms adopted by ETEM.

The elements of the ventilated façade system Forte (excluding the cladding) are determined as per the finite elements method using ANSYS program. The permissible limits for strain, stress, deformations and safety coefficients are as per BNS ENV 1999-1-1:1998, Eurocode 9; Italian standard UNI 11018; DIN 4113
The values for the loads are as per regulation 04/3 for design of main base constructions on buildings and the impacts they are exerted to.
All elements of the system are designed in accordance with EIS (ETEM INTEGRATED SOLUTION) and are determined as per the finite elements method using ANSYS program, having priorly simulated the maximum loads and deflections. Thus the optimal design of profiles and accessories is obtained assuring the highest level of safety of the construction. -

Ventilated façade Forte uses fastening elements of leading companies like FISCHER and KEIL for securing the joint between façade material and the main supporting profiles of the system.
The unique “undercut” technology for drilling and mounting the anchor on the backside (invisible) of the façade materials allows for:
-usage of façade materials with thickness smaller than 30 mm;
-50% higher load capacity compared to the conventional methods for mounting of heavy façade materials (marble, granite);
-up to 73% decrease of the panel internal stress;
