Forte ventilated facade system is designed for mounting of heavy facade material – stone, marble, granite with thickness of more than 20 mm. The profiles and accessories bear extreme loads caused by the weight of the façade material – up to 90 kg/sq.m.
Forte ventilated system uses anchors of the leading companies FISCHER and KEIL to guarantee the connection between the facade material and the main supporting profiles.
The unique “undercut” technology for drilling and mounting the anchor at the back “invisible” side of the facade material allows:
• the usage of facade materials with thickness less than 30 mm
• 50% higher bearing in comparison with standard methods of fixing heavy materials (marble, granite)
• 73% decrease in the internal tensions of the panel

Forte system has been developed in accordance with leading standards (UNI 7959, DIN 18516) and European norms, adopted by ETEM.
Forte has been designed in compliance with EIS (ETEM INTEGRATED SOLUTION).
EIS is a complex of procedures and design norms, which purpose is the development of architectural systems with highest level of security, excellent design and applications. -
"Undercut" anchors
Forte ventilated facade system uses fastening anchors of the leading FISCHER and KEIL for guaranteeing the bond between the facade material and the main supporting profiles of the system.
The unique “undercut” technology for drilling and mounting the anchor on the back (invisible) side of the facade material allows:
• the usage of facade materials with thickness less than 30 mm

System profiles and accessories
Ventilated facade systems have been designed to allow the secure mounting of different facade material to the building main structure.
All elements of ETEM Systems have been developed in accordance with EIS (ETEM Integrated solution), INTEGRATED SOLUTION). EIS includes a system of procedures which aim is to guarantee the client the highest safety of the used system. Forte is developed according to the leading standards (UNI 7959, DIN 18516) and the European norms followed by ETEM. The dimension of the system’s elements (excluding the claddings) are determined based on the Method of end elements using ANSYS program. The maximum allowed tensions, deformations and safety coefficients are according to the ones in the standard BDS ENV 1999-1-1:1998; Eurocode 9; Italian standard UNI 11018; DIN 4113. The numerical values are accepted according to Regulation 04/3 for the building constructions.
The main principles in the design of the ventilated systems are ensuring a gap of 4 to 8 cm between the facade material and the thermal insulation in order to achieve optimal effect, enabling free movement of each element according to its respective expansion ratio and dynamic loads absorption.
